Tous les profits provenant de La Boutique Grand défi iront entièrement et directement à l’organisme Go le Grand défi Pierre Lavoie inc. pour le volet organisation d’activités virtuelles et gratuites. Ces activités visent à promouvoir les saines habitudes de vie et ainsi contribuer à créer une culture en santé préventive au Québec.

Grâce aux événements virtuels, le Grand défi réussit à unir des centaines de milliers de personnes partout au Québec autour d’un objectif commun, la santé par l’activité physique à l’extérieur. En achetant à la boutique, vous contribuez au changement positif sur la santé de tous les Québécois.

Which size should I order?

We strongly recommend that you refer to the Size guide for each of the desired items. Using a flexible tape measure will ensure the best accuracy.


Some products offered on La Boutique Grand défi are designed according to different size charts than those generally used in North American.


Are the Castelli cycling clothing with the Grand défi logo consistent with the products offered on the Castelli website?

Yes, all products presented on La Boutique Grand défi have been manufactured according to the same technical specifications as all Castelli brand apparel. See the Castelli size guide.


How do I care for the products I have ordered?

Like most sports equipment, La Boutique Grand défi products will be worth taking care of. Wash the clothes in cold water, hang to dry and you’ll be ready for another adventure. Avoid fabric softener, everything is already soft enough. And rest assured, the products dry quickly!


Returns, exchanges and shipping



Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Since this is a temporary store intended to raise funds, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If it turns out that the product you received is not exactly as you imagined or does not fit like a glove, we encourage you to pass it on to a loved one. In doing so, you will make someone happy while supporting the Grand défi.


How much does shipping cost?

A $ 9,99 shipping fee will be added to your order. However, shipping is free for all orders over $ 100 before taxes. A great opportunity to renew your active wear, to offer gifts or, why not take advantage of the opportunity to place an order with friends.


How long does shipping take?

Items on La Boutique Grand défi are currently on presale. Deliveries will begin at the end of May. For purchases made after the end of May, products are delivered within 3 to 5 working days following your order. You will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to track your order. Carrier delays are currently longer than normal due to the high volume of packages and the measures taken to keep communities safe.


Do you ship outside of Québec?

Products are only shipped within Québec and Ontario.


What should I do if I received the wrong product?

Although we are very careful when sending your products, mistakes are human. We apologize for this inconvenience. Write to us immediately at infoboutique@legdpl.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please do not remove the label, wash or wear the product.


What should I do if I still haven’t received my package?

If you still haven’t received your package a week after receiving your tracking number, be sure to check your package tracking, it may be at the neighbourhood post office! If no information is available, write to us at infoboutique@legdpl.com.


Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

If you realize, after you have submitted your order, that you have entered the wrong address, write to infoboutique@legdpl.com and we will be able to change it without any problem if your package has not already been sent.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your order yourself but write to infoboutique@legdpl.com and we will be able to change it without any problem if your package has not already been sent.


What do I do if I haven’t received an order confirmation email?

Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from La Boutique Grand défi. If not:

- Check your junk mail;
- Verify that the email address provided in your order is correct;
- If there is an error in the email address provided, please write to infoboutique@legdpl.com so that we can fix the situation.
- If the email address provided is correct and you have checked your junk mail, email us at infoboutique@legdpl.com so we can send you the confirmation again.


What do I do if the product I receive is damaged?

Malgré notre grande précaution, il existe des risques que le produit soit endommagé lors du transport. Dans un tel cas, veuillez accepter le colis et communiquez avec nous sans délai à l’adresse courriel infoboutique@legdpl.com. Assurez-vous de prendre des photos du produit et de l’emballage et de bien nous expliquer la situation. Un membre de notre équipe communiquera avec vous pour assurer le suivi. Le produit ne doit pas avoir été porté ni lavé, et doit avoir l’étiquette d’origine. Le produit devra être retourné au plus tard une semaine après la réponse de notre service à la clientèle.


Can I pick up my items at your Boucherville office?

Malheureusement non, tous les produits sont envoyés par la poste. Nous ne pouvons vous accueillir au bureau de Boucherville et les produits n’y sont pas entreposés.

Will I receive my order before the event?

Since delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, orders completed before June 11 should be received before the event or before June 18. In the actual context, carrier delays may be longer than normal due to the high volume of packages and the measures taken to preserve community safety.
